From the apron

The first RAAF C-17 in Mount Isa.

In June 2015 the first RAAF C-17 to visit Mount Isa touched down on a proving flight, collecting a group of very excited Air Cadets.

Call sign "Stallion 66" kept all four engines running while on the ground. Twenty minutes later it departed over the city for Townsville.
