Customer Service Agent

The friendly face of our customer airlines, looking after passengers from the counter to the cabin door.

  • Check-in, ticketing and service counter
  • Special needs passenger assistance
  • Baggage tracing and delay recovery

Ramp Service Personnel

Safe, on-time turnarounds on the apron, for everything from turboprops to heavy jets.

  • Aircraft marshalling
  • Loading and unloading baggage and freight
  • Cabin cleaning, ground power and aircraft security
